“Time T25” those are the two words I soo look forward to hearing.

I havent worked out like ever. I mean I swam laps at the college pool rode mountain bikes, dirt bikes, snowboard in the winter. The last time I jogged Ab Roller Plus just came out and CD Walkmen were very popular. Remember those? so I’m not a complete bum. Right? but for the past 8-9 years I’ve sold the bikes, haven’t snowboarded as much as I’d like to. Because of that I started to get a little belly. I cant help it I love food.  In N Out cheeseburgers, pizza, ice cream with fruit loops. (so bomb!) I love it all.

So one Saturday morning I was flipping through channels waiting for the Amazing Spiderman cartoon to come on and it landed on this infomercial for a 25 minuet a day work out. I’m like, “hmmm!” 25 minuets a day? I can do that! I kept watching the infomercial and thought “hey! why not.”

Monday (February 10) was my first day.  It was not easy I was on the floor after five minuets (remember this is my first workout in YEARS) I was sweating, my heart was about to explode, and I liked it! There’s a modifier girl Tania, that you can watch on the video that is more my pace and that helped out a lot. she was like my best friend.  When it’s over and you hear “time t25”  its like music to the ears.

So here’s my before picture. It’s kinda embarrassing… actual its REALLY embarrassing but, hey!  I’m doing something about it!
