In the middle of a 100 degree heat wave out in the High Desert of California, Caleigha contacted me to photograph her one year old son Jackson. As you can imagine I my thoughts of me sweating profusely from body parts I should not mention. and one cranky and hot Mr Jackson. However, that wasn’t the case.
We met up at Apollo Park in Lancaster, CA. around six that evening. With Cali being in a drought I was thinking the lake at this park was going to be a pretty dried up smelly swamp but once again I was wrong. The park was filled with ducks quacking away, the lake was full of water, and the temperature had cooled off to a 85 degrees. I’ll take that because all we need was some shade, and the giant trees provided that with no problem.
Curious Jackson was all smiles and funny faces well once he got those boots off him. Caleigha did a great job on coordinating all three outfits. Its always amusing to me to watch parents doing the most funny and odd things to make their kids smile. I’m to start making behind the scenes videos to show parents jumping up and down, making nosies and running in circles. 🙂
Wana shoot with me? it starts right HERE!
