Continuing from my last post, Chloe Un-Edited, back in 2012 with her and her sis Fiona, we shot The Secret Garden and it’s still one of my favorite photo sets. One of her photos actually did pretty well in a few contests. Shortly after we did that photo set Chloe moved to the East Coast. Booooo! 🙂 When Chloe told me she was coming back to Cali for a visit I couldn’t pass that up.
I sent her my idea and told her lets just do some simple natural light portraits, cause really those are my favorites (The Beauty of Natural Light Photography.)

For this session, we kept it simple using a half painted v-flat. One side white used as a reflector (camera left) the other side painted and window light coming from camera right. A reflector was used in front of Chloe to bounce more light up into her face.

Canon 5DMII with of course the trusty 85mm. 85mm my goto lens.
